Where it earns its place

A persistent contact entry point on a marketing site: always one tap away, never a modal, and it answers in place when sent.

Recast as the studio's own Start a project dock over a quiet site frame, asking the one question that starts a brief.
Kept the tuned choreography: one spring for width, height and corner, an 80ms delay on close so the form fades before the walls arrive, and a slower dot that travels between states.
Outside presses only close the surface when the press began outside, and that listener is scoped to the example instead of the whole document.
Added suggestion chips, Ctrl as well as Cmd with Enter, focus return to the pill on Escape, and an empty-submit guard.
Removed the context, render props and controlled-state API nobody needed; reduced motion snaps between states.
