Lead generation websites.
A lead generation website is a site built so that the visitor's next step is an enquiry: one offer, proof that it works, and a form or a booking that takes a minute. Kinetiq builds them at a fixed price: a landing page from $2,750 in two weeks, or a launch site from $9,500 in four to six. SHER, the page we built for Pinkas Group, brings 3 to 5 leads a day.

What makes a website bring enquiries.
Four things, and they are the same four on every page we build.
- One offer. The page says what you sell, for whom, and what it costs or where the price starts, near the top.
- Proof. The work itself, named clients, and numbers that carry their source.
- Speed. The page has to load fast on a phone, on mobile data.
- A clear next step. One action, repeated down the page: a short form, a booking or a WhatsApp message.
A fifth thing happens after the page: the reply. In an audit of 2,241 US firms, those that tried to contact a lead within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify it as those that waited longer (Harvard Business Review, 2011). The enquiry form on this site lands in our messenger within seconds for that reason.
An example: SHER for Pinkas Group.
Pinkas Group, established in 1946, sells SHER, a drone inspection service for businesses. Its company site covers the whole group. We built SHER a Hebrew landing page of its own, right to left, with one offer and one action. It brings in 3 to 5 leads a day.

The full story is in the SHER case study.

How the work goes.
- Audit, week 1. A teardown of your current site or funnel. A prioritised fix list. One rebuilt hero.
- Build, weeks 2 to 7. A landing page in two weeks, from $2,750. Or a launch site in four to six, from $9,500.
- Run, after launch. Optional. Core $2,250 a month: search and AI answers, measured every month. Full $3,500 a month: new pages and tests as well.
All source code, design files, and assets transfer to you on launch. No platform lock-in, no licensing tail.
Questions.
How much does a lead generation website cost?
A landing page costs from $2,750 and a launch site from $9,500. Most projects start with the one-week $2,500 audit, which is credited in full if you go on to build.
How long does it take?
The audit takes one week, a landing page two, and a launch site four to six.
Do you run the ads that send traffic to it?
No. We build the campaign landing pages and the tests behind them. Ad spend and ad management not included.
What if my current site only needs fixing?
The audit answers that. It ends with a prioritised fix list and one rebuilt hero, and if a template would do the job you'll hear that in the first reply.
Who owns the site?
Yes. All source code, design files, and assets transfer to you on launch. No platform lock-in, no licensing tail.
