Bots and marketing automation.

Kinetiq builds the assistant that answers an enquiry and books the call, and the follow-ups, reminders and review requests that go out on time after it. A starter build costs from $3,750 and a full build from $8,000; AI usage is billed at cost. The scope is set in the one-week $2,500 audit.

Why the first hour matters.

An enquiry that waits until morning is often lost. In an audit of 2,241 US firms, those that tried to contact a lead within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify it (Harvard Business Review, 2011).

An assistant on the site and in messengers closes that gap. As an example of the pattern: a question arrives at 23:40 asking whether a bay is free on Tuesday at 19:00 for four people, and it is answered and booked before anyone at the business is awake.

After the first sale.

  • Follow-ups, reminders and win-backs that go out on time. Bain's Frederick Reichheld found that increasing retention by 5% increases profits by 25% to 95%.
  • Review requests after every job. In BrightLocal's 2026 survey of 1,002 US adults, 54% check the business's website after reading positive reviews.
  • A referral flow customers use: invite, reward, track. In a study of about 10,000 bank customers, referred customers were at least 16% more valuable and more likely to stay.

A real one: Origin.

Origin runs a developer tool's content week on a schedule and hands the team drafts to review. Every Monday at 09:00 UTC, 15 agents read the repository, the issues and the community, write drafts in the team's voice, and edit them. A person reviews the result in Git before anything is published. See the Origin case study.

A smaller one runs on this site: the enquiry form checks the message and delivers it to our phone in seconds. Nothing is stored on the site.

Upkeep.

Automation needs looking after once it is live. The monthly Run, from $2,250 a month, measures what is running and adds the next part, one at a time. Prices for every part are on the pricing page.

Questions.

How much does a bot or an automation cost?

A starter build costs from $3,750 and a full build from $8,000. Set up as part of automation. Tools cost about $100 to $300 a month.

What does AI usage at cost mean?

The AI provider's usage charges are passed on to you as billed, without a markup.

Where does the assistant work?

On your site and in messengers such as WhatsApp.

Do I need the audit first?

Yes for most projects. Bots, automation and apps are scoped in the one-week $2,500 audit, which is credited in full to the build.
