Where it earns its place

A compact work index or proposal deck: case studies, pricing tiers or team members that should feel handled rather than listed.

What we changed

• Kept the core geometry: each card is one rotation about a pivot far below the pile (1.25 card heights here), so travel, drop and tilt cannot disagree.
• Kept the hand-placed seed table instead of Math.random, the top-first cascade that lands the top card last, the numeral in the left sliver, and the lift that slides a card out along its own axis without reordering it.
• Replaced the hand-rolled rAF springs with framer springs whose stiffness varies per card by its seed, so the four still settle on different frames.
• Added what makes it a deck: throw the top card past 80px or 550px/s and it flies out, drops to the bottom of the order and slides back underneath; clicking a card in the fan brings it to the top, and the arrow keys deal.
• Filled it with the three case studies and their real results plus an open slot for the next launch; reduced motion keeps every state but drops the travel.
