A mechanical departure board that folds each changed tile through its drum until the next studio fact lands.

Where it earns its place

A small, tactile status line: pricing, availability or a headline metric in a header, a pricing band or an event page.

Tiles walk forward through a fixed drum order (at most seven cards) instead of flashing random characters, which is how a real board moves.
Rebuilt the fold with framer-motion flaps keyed per card, replacing the global CSS keyframes and the glossy gradients and text shadows.
The board sizes itself with container units, so twelve tiles always span the row from a 300px card to the full stage.
Added a pause control for the auto-advancing content and a caption that says what each phrase means; reduced motion swaps phrases instantly.
Kept the original's best idea: only tiles whose character changes flip, with a left-to-right stagger.
