Where it earns its place

Status surfaces for AI agents, deploys and background jobs: the latest state at a glance, the full history one hover away.

Kept the stack itself: negative top margins with each card behind drawn 5% narrower, and the footer label that crosses in place instead of reflowing.
Made it live: checks arrive as running, resolve in place and push the older ones down into the pile, which only ever shows three.
Expands on hover, keyboard focus or tap, with a real button and aria-expanded; the original was hover only.
Recast as a launch-check agent run on Vellum Labs (preview deploy, Lighthouse 98, schema, links) ending on a champagne ready-to-ship notice.
Reduced motion shows the finished run with no spinner and swaps every transition for an instant change.
