What we changed
- Wrote a Kinetiq scene: a visitor asks how long a launch takes and the answer cites the FAQ and the Aster OS and Vellum Labs case studies.
- Simulated a realistic stream (seeded, uneven chunks that split words mid-way) and made sure a citation marker is never split across chunks.
- Added a source row that fills as each citation first appears, and made pills focusable with an accessible name.
- Replaced the blinking caret with a steady one that leaves when the stream ends; kept the rule that only newly arrived tokens animate.
