Where it earns its place

Transient confirmations after a form or checkout, especially on touch, where swiping a message away is the expected gesture.

Set after the Start a project form: it confirms the brief landed without taking the visitor away from the page.
Kept the physics that make it feel native: a 3px dead zone, flick or distance to dismiss, rubber-band resistance upward, and release velocity carried into the exit spring.
Kept the fuse that pauses on hover, drag and focus; rebuilt it as a framer-motion value instead of a Web Animations handle.
Added a visible dismiss button and Escape, since a swipe alone locks out mouse and keyboard users.
Reduced motion places and removes the toast instantly; the demo re-sends itself after each dismissal so the card is never empty.
