Where it earns its place

Editorial hero and manifesto lines where the proof belongs inside the claim: a service statement, a launch headline, an about page.

Kept the core move: the gap is a width animated from zero with a zero-bounce spring, so the words are pushed apart by ordinary layout and never drift out of line.
Sized the clip in em, so it is a word-sized object at any type size, and animated its margins too, so a closed gap is exactly one space wide.
Turned one sentence into a three-line statement where only one line is open at a time; each line is a button, so it opens on hover, focus or tap.
Fixed the original's text component being recreated on every render, and replaced its video slot with the studio's own stills plus a drawn eight-week timeline.
Reduced motion opens every clip at once with no push-in, so the sentence is complete and still.
