Presence cursors
Two named cursors work in one live file: the studio selects and rewrites a headline while the client clicks the proof metric and leaves a comment.
Where it earns its place
Bento tiles and feature sections for collaborative products, or a studio's own process section, where the claim is that people work together in real time.
What we changed
- Kept the container-query sizing: everything in the frame is set in cqi, so the scene scales as one picture from the grid card to the full stage.
- Replaced three free-running CSS keyframe loops with one timeline of beats, so every cursor move causes something: a selection, an edit, a comment.
- Swapped the conic click burst for a single thin ring, and the pinging green dot for a still one; the live label already says it is live.
- Built the canvas as a composed Northstar Cloud page instead of a greeting word or a background image.
- Reduced motion shows the finished state: the edited headline, the selection and the client's comment, with both cursors at rest.
