Where it earns its place

Scoping and onboarding flows where the client ranks what matters, and the interface answers with what that order means for the timeline.

Recast as a launch plan: five deliverables whose week ranges are derived from the order, so sorting has a visible consequence.
Kept framer-motion Reorder with handle-only drag via drag controls, so rows stay scrollable on touch.
Added a keyboard path the original lacked: arrow keys on a handle move the row, focus follows it, and a live region reports the new position.
Dropped the checkbox, delete and blur-swap states, which competed with the one job of ordering; the lift on drag is a scale and a shadow, nothing more.
Removed the react-use-measure and shadcn checkbox dependencies; a Reset appears only once the order has changed.
