Copilots and intake assistants inside a client product, where the prompt needs real context (files, data, commands) rather than a bare text box.

What we changed

• Recast as a Kinetiq brief composer: @ brand deck, sitemap, analytics and case studies, /scope and /estimate, answered with a 4-8 week plan from $15,000.
• Picked sources become removable chips instead of raw @text in the prompt; Backspace on an empty prompt removes the last chip.
• Cut the model picker, effort slider, dictation and the particle sparks: a client brief needs context, not model settings.
• Kept the two details that make it feel built: one highlight that slides between menu rows, and a send glyph that morphs point by point into stop.
• Plays a scripted brief on a loop until you click or focus it; from then on it is a working composer with full keyboard support.
