Where it earns its place

Support and research agents where users should see that the answer was checked against something real, without reading a wall of chain of thought.

Set in a Vellum Labs support ticket: the agent reads the contract, checks the refund policy, then answers the customer.
Dropped the sparkle glyph and the shimmer sweep across the label; a single breathing dot says the agent is alive.
Replaced the icon package and CSS file with framer-motion and lucide, and gave the header a real button with aria-expanded.
Kept the two best details: the clock is painted straight into the DOM, and the timer glides to hug whichever label is active.
